Crash of Rhinos was a top notch organization. They contacted me quickly after my inquiry, set up an appointment within a day or so for someone to come look at the job. My door was sagging and I had several doors that needed a paint job. She quickly explained what they could do, gave me a quote and within minutes I had an appointment for someone to come fix and paint my doors. Kyle, the repair/paint technician arrived on time. He was pleasant polite and professional. He completed the tasks quickly and he showed me his work and asked if I was happy/satisfied with the work. And I was. He did an excellent job.

The expectations that were set to me were that they would do a quality job, and then they met and exceeded that expectation. They used high quality paints and products, and stood by the job they did throughout the process.I am particularly impressed that the people they bring on site are all employees, not contractors. To me, this means that the job they do can be qualified with a greater sense of quality and workmanship. In fact, I was witness to Julio mentoring and guiding what was seemingly a newer team member through the process of painting my door, which was done to a high specification. This difference was a key reason I chose Crash of Rhinos over other groups.This is not the kind of work I wanted to bargain hunt for. The stucco and paint on my home is something I want to last for as long as possible. As a first time home owner, I want to make sure that the investment I make into my home lasts, and doesn’t have any of those “ugh, they missed that spot” moments weeks or months after. I can say that I have walked up and down my property numerous times after the team has left and I am thrilled with the coverage and tight lines.My neighbor actually made a point to state that they were “dutiful” in their work, a concise description which I happen to agree with. We used Crash of Rhinos Painting before on another house and were so happy with the results we thought we’d give them another call to get our current house painted. So glad we did! Todd came out to the house to provide a quote and it wasn’t long after that, that we accepted the proposal. Megan kept us constantly up to date on when the project was going to actually start and to make sure that all the bases had been covered. Steve brought over the trailer with all the supplies for the job the day prior. Fernando and Victor were the painters and they worked diligently for 5 whole days in the heat to get the job done. Just prior to them leaving, we did a final walk through and discovered a few items that needed a little extra attention, but for the most part it turned out fantastic! Shannon also came by during the painting process to make sure that everything was properly taken care of. From start to finish, we are extremely pleased with the results and can’t recommend this company highly enough! We had Crash of Rhinos paint our 2-story home about a year ago. The job was remarkably done. A few months ago we had them paint the inside of our 500 SF casita. More remarkable work. We used Crash of Rhinos for a whole house paint job at the end of November 2023. I highly recommend them. The paint looks perfect. The company is very professional, efficient, and easy to work with.During the job, they had a worksite incident that broke a water line, flooding our master bath. They took full responsibility and again were easy to work with for cleanup and repairs. We hired a water remediation company and a contractor to repair the damage, and Crash of Rhinos covered the expenses without blinking.I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. I never leave reviews, this may be my first. I had several projects going on at the same time and crash of rhinos was the shinning star. I was out of the country while they painted our house and I was able to view the progress while I was gone through their daily updates and progress photos. Incredibly well organized and the quality of work was phenomenal. They went above and beyond when asked. They were also very competitively priced! All the 5 star reviews are legit which I often get suspicious about, highly recommend!!

Trusting your home, your biggest asset, to any painting company is a scary thing. We did extensive research before making our selection. We hit the jackpot…

Crash of Rhinos was one of 5-6 companies from which I received quotes to repaint the exterior of my home. Of the quotes, Crash came in with one of the lowest bids (the only lower bids were within 5%, and did not seem professional).There was about a 2-3 month wait between the quote and when they were able to start our project, however, they were up front about this, and the timeline was accurate from the beginning. Once we figured out colors & received HOA approval, we signed some docs, and then received weekly updates confirming our start date was still accurate. ZERO payment was required until the project was completed!Once the day came, John & his crew showed up on time every day throughout the 5 day project, and was able to complete 1 day ahead of schedule. Everything was tidied at the end of every day, and Shannon the project manager sent out a recap of the day’s progress, including a digital gallery of all the work completed that day.On the day prior to the last day, the crew finished all the work, and advised me to do a “pre-walk”, in which I identified only a few minor items to touch up. I emailed descriptions on this and the next morning John & his crew completed all touch ups. We did a final walk through and then I made the payment via the digital invoice they had provided on the 1st day ($0 required prior to the final walkthrough).All in all, Crash was easy to work with throughout the process, from quote to the actual painting, and provided me one of the best quotes. By far the most professional estimate we have ever received, which made it easy to use this company for painting our house. We had contacted Crash of Rhinos last year to have our house painted before Covid 19 hit. After the virus began the company extended the work order for a year until it was safer to do the work. This is the only place , You can walk everywhere you need to, but you don’t have to as parking is always easy to find. These rooms are not fancy, but they have everything you need. We had chairs to sit in, a desk and a refrigerator, and a TV with at least basic cable as he had all the channels we needed. They provide a hair dryer on request. We did not have any problems with noise from the restaurant/bar downstairs, although light sleepers may be bothered by morning commuters with the window’s open. We were just fine. There food is good, and the bar has the best beer to offer in the area.

Not mentioned was the stucco repair prior to painting. They work with the HOA as the color names no longer correspond to the actual color chips through the years. They furnish the corresponding new names to the actual colors for our house to the HOA. A UNIQUE Business…Yes, UNIQUE, as in one of a kind! This painting company is like none other that I have ever done business with. I am sure there are many other good exterior house painters out there but there are none quite like Crash of Rhinos. Once you get past their unusual name which is a story unto itself, I will begin my review. It starts with making an appointment with the estimator. Zachary came over and spent time going through the painting process and explained what we should expect. He took lots of pictures highlighting what they will and will not be doing. He was able to give me an immediate no BS price quote with details, no smoke and mirrors. The pricing was competitive. One of the things I really liked was the fact that you make no payments for the job until it is complete and you are 100% satisfied. Every other painter wanted up to 50% down to start the job. Once we agreed on a price, I was told someone would get back to me with a start date. Long story short, communication was great. The job was scheduled. The crew showed up when they were supposed to and completed it on time. Before they started they took pictures of everything. The crew was absolutely fantastic. Everything was properly covered, the house properly patched, primed as needed and painted with the only product they use, Dunn Edwards top of the line paint. They were able to even fix prior patchwork that they were not sure could be fixed (it was really bad). Two coats of paint were put on at 100% and not thinned to make it go further. Every day I received an email with a progress report and pictures of the work. For 5 days the crew showed up on time and got right to work. Every day before they left, the crew cleaned up. When the house was done, the crew chief and I did a detailed walk around to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Before they left they used the pictures they had previously taken to put everything back exactly where it was before they started. That was a really nice touch! And after they were gone, except for the fresh coat of paint, you never knew they were there. No mess, no garbage, no splatter, no overspray. The next day, I received my invoice. The amount was exactly as quoted with no surprises.This review is being written a year after the job was completed. The house still looks great. We did have some minor repair issues that had to be addressed just last week. They put us on the schedule and it was done with a smile. Clearly, I would recommend Crash of Rhinos Painting to a friend. So far 3 of our friends have used them and all are happy and thank me for the referral. On a side note, they only do exterior painting, and they do it like no other. You won’t be sorry if they do your home.

100 % satisfied with the quality of the finished product. We only needed paint under our eves, gable ends of the roof and our garage. The eves are sandwiched by a new metal roof and raw (sandblasted) masonry walls. Razor sharp lines and not a drop of over spray on any of it. Best painter to touch this 60 year old house. Will have them repaint the house when the time comes (if I’m still alive).

The entire process was very well organized. From the initial quote to the final walk through, we were kept informed every step of the way. I discussed with crew and they offered to cover the neighbors property with plastic to avoid mess. Overall we are very pleased with the company and the painting of our home. Communication with the company in planning this event was very thorough, timely, and consistent. The crew assigned did a good job and on a Friday and Saturday…which we did not expect the Saturday. It was hard to see on the final walk through because it was getting to dusk on Saturday, so we asked to be able to review the work again on Monday morning and submit any concerns. We did find a couple minor things, but took care of them ourselves. Keep in mind, the workers did offer to come back on Monday to fix and needful things. Our only concerns were that the clean up could have been better and the rocks were pushed back, however, we will need to rake them again to so there are not bare ground spots here and there. We had never had a home professionally painted before and we were a little nervous as we started the quote process from different companies that were referred to us. My husband left a lot of the quote process up to me as I was the one who would be home. We received about 9 quotes. After Crash of Rhinos left my home, after giving me the painting quote, I called my husband and told him “I believe we have our painters!” He asked me why I thought that. Crash of Rhinos finished painting our house yesterday. I can’t say enough good things about them. From start to finish they exceeded expectations and over delivered. Zac explained the process to us and what to expect every step of the way so thoroughly that we signed up before he left our neighborhood. Kim and Mary took care of us start to finish, sending documents in a timely manner and providing end of day status reports. Jeff, the foreman made sure the schedule was convenient, and our crew was amazing; meticulous and extremely neat. They were the only company we spoke with that brought a test gallon of each color prior to starting the project to insure a color match. Those seemingly little details add up and separate them from the rest of the companies we spoke with. Our final walk through was with Jose and his team who made sure we were satisfied with the project. Perhaps the best indicator of the quality of their work is that while our house was being painted, 3 neighbors signed up with them and started work. Two others came by to get quotes and are signing up. You won’t go wrong hiring Crash of Rhinos.

Crash of Rhinos did a great job of prepping the house, foundation, repairing cracks & stucco and were meticulous in the painting process. They kept us informed in the pre-painting process and scheduling and the painting crew worked efficiently and professionally. We love the look of the finished product!

We had estimates from several other companies but when Mike came out to our home to give the estimate, we knew right away this was who we wanted for the job. This is without a doubt the most professional, totally organized company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They painted our 2,100 sq. ft home in two days and it wasn’t an easy job. We have French doors and large windows that consist of small panes. There was a lot of cutting and detail work. The crew worked as a team and to a man – all were polite and careful. They spread plastic everywhere to make sure that no over spray went where it didn’t belong – even over our pool. The removed articles and moved things that we didn’t think about before painting and cleaned up before they left. When they made an appointment they were there when promised and continually checked with us to made sure we were happy. Their price was very fair and the job they did was outstanding! Highly recommended!

I have a large home that took 9 days to complete. The Crash of Rhinos Painting company did an EXCELLENT job. They always showed up on time and tried to be careful my home and landscaping. The job was done beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get the highest quality in the painting of their home. Mike came out on Nov. 1st 2016 to give us an estimate for painting our house, after 30 plus years of home ownership – he has to be the most professional painting contractor I’v dealt with. The earliest opening on there schedule was Mid-January 2017, he put us on the short list and on Nov 7th 2016 Crash of Rhinos started painting our home. Our experience with this company was phenomenal! The customer service was second to none! We received daily updates during the painting process. Kim and the office staff were outstanding, answering my questions regarding paint colors and giving opinions when asked. The actual team represented themselves professionally during the three days they were here. They prepped the house by power washing all surfaces and protected and masked the surfaces well. The final product was BEAUTIFUL! Our house looks brand new! We would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future

They quoted us the day we called. The process was very smooth. We received weekly updates on the progress from picking the colors to signing the contract. All of which is done online, loved that. It only took 2&1/2 days to paint our house and we love it.
